Our Beliefs
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16-17). It is complete, trustworthy, and our authority in all matters of faith and life.
God
We believe in the one true God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19).
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus is the Son of God, who lived a perfect life, died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). Through Him, we have the hope of eternal life.
Salvation
We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith and obedience to the gospel. According to Scripture, this includes:
Hearing the Word (Romans 10:17)
Believing in Jesus (Mark 16:16)
Repenting of sins (Acts 2:38)
Confessing Christ (Romans 10:9-10)
Being baptized for the forgiveness of sins (Acts 22:16)
Living faithfully (Revelation 2:10)
Worship
Our worship is simple and follows the pattern of the New Testament:
Singing a cappella (Ephesians 5:19)
Praying together (Acts 2:42)
Studying God’s Word (Acts 20:7)
Partaking of the Lord’s Supper each Sunday (Acts 20:7)
Giving as God has prospered us (1 Corinthians 16:2)
The Church
We believe the church is the body of Christ (Ephesians 1:22-23). We strive to love one another, serve our community, and share the good news of Jesus.
